Standard pallets hold 500 sq ft (up to 600 if needed). Delivery is $99.00. Orders 500–900 sq ft include a $50 fuel surcharge. Scheduling is typically 2–7 days from order. Add $.10/sq ft for Tall Fescue.

In Connecticut's varied climate, water deeply (~1 inch daily) for the first 2 weeks. Keep foot traffic minimal. Fertilize 4–6 weeks after install with a balanced lawn fertilizer.
